Get this the average condo in Toronto sells for $600,000 and continues to have a rate of return of 14% this has to do with foreign income & surge in renters!
Foreign income + More renters then buyers means higher condo prices lower town home prices!
The verge of housing correction is more likely then a collapse a 10-15% decline bringing homes closer to $400,000 would bring reason back with this 2.9% insured bank mortgages. That Toronto condo game though ;) beyond my pay grade still lol!!
