Damandala Shiva S/o Sudhakar, Age: 34 yrs, Caste: Thudum Kapu, Occ: Mason, R/o Transform line, Singaipally Village, Shamirpet Mandal, Medchal District, N/o Gowri village of Kashinagar Mandal, Gajapathi District, Odisha State. A-2. Nakka Sridevi W/o Rama Rao, Age: 35yrs, Caste: Kapu, Occ: Labour, R/o BITS Colony, Thumukunta Village of Shamirpet Mandal, Medchal District N/o Jelika Lingapuram Village of Miliyaputti Mandal, Srikakulam District, A.P Name of deceased: Nakka Ramarao S/o Late Chandraiah, Age: 42 years, Occ: Mestry work/Laborer, Caste: Kapu, R/o Bits Colony, Thumkunta Village, Shamirpet Mandal, Medchal Dist, N/o Jelika Lingapuram Village, Srikakulam Dist, Andhra Pradesh * * * * * The accused A-1. Damandala Shiva has married in the year 2009, having wife and also two children’s , while working along with the Nakka Rama Rao as mason work, he visited the house of Rama Rao and developed friend ship with his wife Sridevi, which was converted into illegal contacts between them. The same was noticed by her husband and warned the Shiva as well as his wife not to move in the company of the Shiva, but Sridevi did not stop her illegal activities and used to move in the company of Shiva and was not disconnected the illegal contacts with him. When her husband started force and assaulting her, she came to a conclusion to eliminate her husband from her way and insisted the Shiva to kill her husband and also she has provided RS:5,000/- to Shiva to eliminate her husband from their way . As such on 14-08-2019 Shiva and Sridevi planned to kill the Rama Rao and in that plan after completion of the mason work, Shiva offered the deceased to come with him, as he wanted to provide liquor to him . In furtherance of the plan of them, Shiva went on his (To be continued in Page No.2) Page No. 2 motor Cycle bearing No.AP28-BJ-1996 and picked the Rama Rao from the old wine shop at Thumkunta village and went to Satya Wines at Thumkunta village and purchased one Quarter OC Whiskey and one kingfisher strong beer bottle and took the Rama Rao on his motor Cycle to Surabhi Venture, where one basement was constructed in venture and sat there and offered the liquor to the Rama Rao, as he was already in intoxication and after consuming quarter bottle, he lost his conscious, as he was in fully intoxication condition, then Shiva broke the whiskey empty bottle and with the sharp edge of the broken bottle gave hit on the left side temple of Rama Rao and also another blow with the broken bottle and noticed that the deceased died . He immediately went to the house of Sridevi and informed that he has killed her husband and told her that he will disappear for two to three days from the village. As such on the next day of murder he went to his native place. On 26.08.2019 at ..... hrs Shiva returned to Thmukunta village and stand at Bus stop, Thumukunta, The Inspector of Police along with his team took him into custody, on his confession at ... hrs apprehended the A-2 Sridevi at her home situated at BITS Colony, Thumukunta and arrested the both accused at ... hrs, and also seized the Motor Cycle bearing No.AP28-BJ-1996 and also the broken bottle peace with which the accused killed the Rama Rao
