Do you spend time at the computer? Driving? On your phone? This will be a great exercise to help you strengthen the muscles to improve your posture and combat that rounding forward. Most people spend so much of their day rounded forward and could use some strengthening like this! ⁣

We are using two of the lightest resistance (orange) serious steel long bands for this. You can find them on moveu.com/favorites. You do not need a lot of resistance or weight. It’s likely that you will begin to compensate if you try it with too much weight. You can see @MoveUShirtlessDude shaking some with these light bands!⁣

Focus on standing up tall- imagine a string pulling you up from the top of your head. Keep that chin retracted, torso engaged, and work on rotating those shoulder blades to prevent them from winging off the back! This will help you light up the serratus and lats as well!⁣
