Dave Chappelle incorrectly claims whites are much more likely to be mass public shooters

Dave Chappelle is one very funny guy, but the claim that white people are the ones who do mass public shootings is simply wrong. While whites make up 58% of mass public shooters, that is well below their share of the population. Meanwhile blacks make up 18% of mass public shooters, which is above their 13% share of the population.
