Contributing Factors to Diaper Dermatitis in the NICU

Media Esser, a Nursing doctoral student, presented “Contributing Factors to Diaper Dermatitis in the NICU” at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s annual Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) event on April 10, 2019.

The UWM Graduate School, Office of Research and UWM Research Foundation sponsored the academic competition that challenges PhD students to describe their research within three minutes. The competition celebrates the discoveries made by research students and encourages their skill in communicating the importance of research to the broader community. 3MT has been adopted in 66 countries and cultivates students’ academic, presentation and research communication skills.
