Video was taken at 11 AM I first checked the temp at 8 Am when I became concerned as to the Length of time the Electric had been off and found the temperature to be at 45 degrees. I was told yesterday when we were notified at approximately 5 pm that the electric would only be off for a short time the worker said about 4 hours. The Company [AEP] told me when I called that it was slated to be completed by 9 AM. The Workers I spoke with told me it would be off all day. The Electric did not come back on until 1:35 PM. I was on the Phone with the Company when it came on due to concerns about what the workers had told me and it was already 4 hours past the time they had told me it would be back on and had the time noted on my claim.
