How To Bag T-Shirts Faster | Screen Print Shop Tip

Here's a super easy tip to save yourself a lot of time over a long run: use a piece of cardboard like a pizza peel to "serve" the shirts into the bag. Got a big order that needs to be bagged and tagged for your customer? It's not easy to stuff 1,500 shirts into plastic bags.

You just put the t-shirt onto the cardboard and slide it into the bag. Way less frustrating, a lot more consistent, and MUCH faster – particularly over thousands of shirts.

Remember, when you're looking for ways to save time in your print shop: start counting the seconds, not the minutes. Small, repeated savings add up over time:

Additionally, many hands make light work. Have one person put shirts in the bags and another person seal and sticker the bags.

Seems simple – and it is – but it can save you hours and hours (not to mention a bunch of frustration) when you take the long view.
