Learning has been brought to a halt at a school in Migori following a bizarre incident where classrooms were smeared with human waste by unknown people. The unpleasant episode at Rayudhi primary school precipitated bewilderment amongst teachers and learners prompting investigations as to who could be responsible and the motive behind it.
