Here are the rules that every participant should keep in mind:
1. Any student of COMJNMH can submit their movie (short films) for the screening on KAIZMA,2019 in the category of CINEFEST.
2. The short film should not exceed more than 25 minutes.
If it exceeds , It will be shown but it will be disqualified from competition.
3. Short film can be in any one of the following languages -- Bengali, Hindi, English.
4. Topic of the movies may be different but it should not contain any controversial element which is related to any political thought, sexual content, religious views which are contradictory.
5. The whole movie, the concept or part of the movie should not be copied from any sources, social media, YouTube or any other online platform.
6. The concept must be unique and innovative. Any new thinking will be appreciated by the committee.
7. The movie which is competing in CINEFEST should not have any link with professionals regarding the matter of Editing, Cinematography, Camera, Sound designing, Casting (except - Concept and Script) . If done, then it should be mentioned first. Major characters must be from our college including teachers , students and staffs.
8. Participants should submit the movie in 720p, 24fps or any higher quality.
9. The directors have to fill the application form for #CELLULOID_2019 and submit Your Flim #Poster to the organising committee
10. Participants should submit the movie within 1st September 2018.
11. You have to put disclaimer and "KAIZMA CELLULOID 2019" water mark which will be provided by cinefest Committee.
12. The committee will decide the schedule for your movies . Anything which hampers the image of the Students' Union or the college will not be entertained. Committee will not be responsible for any inconvenience .
13.You should not publish movie in any social media or YouTube. Kaizma will upload All Cinefest Movie in YouTube/Kaizma. According to Most watched movie and the most liked movie from CELLULOID 2018 on YouTube/Kaizma Channel, two awards will be given.
All likes and view till midnight of 3rd September, 2019 will be calculated and results will be declared thereafter.
If you Publish your movie before Kaizma upload themselves You will be disqualified.
